• Is there striking in Judo?   NO, Judo involves throws, pinning, choking ( 13 and over) and arm bars (brown/black belt level)
• How old does my child have to be to start judo? 5 years old for Kaizen Judo Dojo
• What do I need for class? Wear comfortable  stretchy pants and a log sleeved shirt for the first class,  A judo Gi will be needed later
